On January 20, 2026, at our Ideal R&D Seminar, Cybersecurity Expert Halil Ergun Korkmaz joined us with his presentation titled “Performance Comparisons of Different DevOps Team Structures.” In his presentation, Korkmaz addressed the processes before and after DevOps, sharing his comparative analysis of different DevOps team structures based on key performance metrics such as delivery time, deployment frequency, average repair time, number of incidents, and service interruptions.

Halil Ergun Korkmaz received his bachelor's degree in Statistics from Anadolu University in 1995 and his master's degree in Information Systems Design and Management from Istanbul Technical University in 2004. He is currently pursuing his doctoral studies in Management Information Systems at Kadir Has University. He has over 25 years of experience in the information technology sector and holds various industry certifications, including Microsoft, ITIL, and ISO 27001. He currently works as a Cybersecurity Specialist at a global financial institution.
